Susan Franz is the founder of The Skin & Brow House, bringing a refined, results-driven approach to skin health and brow artistry. She is Diploma qualified from The Sydney Skin College, winning student of the year two years in a row! Susan is also CIDESCO qualified, an internationally recognised standard in advanced aesthetics. CIDESCO qualifications are recognized as the pinnacle of excellence in the beauty therapy.

Her work is grounded in a commitment to long-term science based skin health, with a focus on Environ’s vitamin-based approach to skincare. Susan integrates Environ treatments and products into her practice to support skin function, restore balance, and achieve visible, lasting results.

Working independently, Susan offers a highly personalised experience, taking a considered approach to each treatment. Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, she creates a space where skin is supported, brows are refined, and every detail is quietly intentional.
