Bookings are essential and can be made online via the link below or by contacting Susan directly.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

CLINIC LOCATION: 7 Grandview Cr, Killcare

  • Yes. The Skin & Brow House is a private, appointment-only studio. All treatments are with Susan and must be pre-booked.

  • If you’re unsure, you can book a skin consultation or get in touch before your appointment. Susan will guide you to the most suitable treatment based on your skin and goals.

  • Yes. Environ products are available for purchase online or in-studio and can be recommended as part of your personalised skincare routine.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to another client.

  • For brows please let them grow as much as you can, please arrive with clean skin.
